Groundswell’s Mural Dedication Ceremony!
Over the past few months, Row New York teamed up with Groundswell Community Mural Project and Catskill Watershed Corporation to design and create a series of mural banners inspired by Row New York’s three locations–our World’s Fair Boathouse in Flushing-Meadows Corona Park, Queens, the Peter Jay Sharp Boathouse in upper Manhattan, and our main office and academic spaces in Long Island City, Queens.

Miss Piggy Lauded for Her ‘Determination and Grit’ at Brooklyn Museum
The audience included children from the Ronald McDonald House New York who are suffering from pediatric cancer, along with their families, as well as Brooklyn-based Girl Scout Troops 2081 and 2158, Brooklyn-based Girls for Gender Equity and artists from Groundswell, a community mural project.
