Come paint with Groundswell and help bring more color and vibrancy to Atlantic Avenue. Through a unique partnership with the NYC DOT and Atlantic Avenue BID, Groundswell youth will transform a once uninspiring underpass into an inviting gateway between the vibrant shopping district on Atlantic Avenue and the beautifully restored Brooklyn Bridge Park.
