A colorful mural now mirrors the vibrancy of Atlantic Avenue’s shopping district and the beautifully restored Brooklyn Bridge Park. Through a unique partnership with NYC DOT and the Atlantic Avenue BID, Groundswell youth have transformed a once uninspiring underpass into an inviting gateway, to be safely shared by pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles alike.
