This summer, 17 teenagers participating in Voices Her'd Visionaries, Groundswell's young women's leadership program, collaborated with artists Nicole Schulman and Leola Bermanzohn to research, design, and fabricate the monumental mural "For Those Who Speak and Those Who Have Yet to Speak.” Three of the project participants—Dakota Austin, Jennifer Etienne, and Marinique Mora—will share their experiences in creating the mural at a special panel at the Brooklyn Museum’s Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art. A moderated conversation with Lead Artist Nicole Schulman will follow. The event is free with museum admission.
