Come check out the vibrant mural design Groundswell’s youth artists have in store for the community. Through a unique partnership with the NYC DOT and Atlantic Avenue BID, Groundswell youth will transform a once uninspiring underpass into an inviting gateway between the vibrant shopping district on Atlantic Avenue and the beautifully restored Brooklyn Bridge Park.
