Learn more about a new artwork being installed by Groundswell youth artists this summer at the water splashing area of Riverbank State Park. Through this project, Groundswell has partnered with the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and NYC Department of Environmental Protection to fabricate a mural celebrating our local water cycle, from the Catskill Mountains to New York City.
