Groundswell, in partnership with the NYC Department of Correction and NYC Department of Education, is pleased to announce a dedication ceremony celebrating the unveiling of a new mural. Designed by a talented team of young women at the Rose Singer Center, the mural imagines restorative futures for themselves and other women who have been or are incarcerated.
