In partnership with Council Member Ritchie Torres and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), Groundswell will create fifteen murals in five housing developments throughout New York City, identified from the Mayor's Action Plan (MAP) for Neighborhood Safety. Join us for the dedication of the first two murals completed at Castle Hill Houses for this year.
 
This initiative is supported with funds from the New York City Council under the leadership of Councilmember Ritchie Torres.
