Through a partnership between Groundswell, the NYC Department of Transportation, and Majora Carter Group, our youth artist team will illustrate critical issues concerning a walkable waterfront community. Our Community Painting Day invites the public to join these emerging artists in a fun day of painting while making a meaningful impact on the beauty of the neighborhood.
