For this project, Groundswell youth partner with the NYC Department of Transportation and environmental justice leader UPROSE to celebrate liveable streets. Our Community Painting Day invites the public to join these emerging artists in a fun day of painting while making a meaningful impact on the beauty of the neighborhood.
