Come spend some time on the beautiful Hudson River, painting alongside Groundswell’s emerging artists. Through this project, Groundswell has partnered with the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and NYC Department of Environmental Protection to fabricate a mural celebrating our local water cycle, from the Catskill Mountains to New York City.
